SUMMARY:AirwaysCARE Forum – Berlin 2026
DESCRIPTION:On September 15\, 2026\, AirwaysCARE will launch its inaugural event in Berlin\, marking the beginning of a new international network dedicated to collaboration\, education\, and innovation in airway and allergy care. The event will start at 16:30 with outstanding sessions and will go in a networking atmosphere with finger food buffet in the evening.  \n\n\n\nSet in the unique and historic Lecture Hall Ruin of the Berlin Museum of Medical History at the Charité\, the event brings together leading experts\, early-career researchers\, and healthcare professionals in an inspiring environment that connects past and future medical practice. \n\n\n\nDesigned as a hybrid experience\, the event will welcome up to 70 participants onsite in Berlin\, while additional AirwaysCARE centres can join virtually from across the network. \n\n\n\nA Day of Exchange and Insight\n\n\n\nThe program combines concise scientific input with open\, interactive discussion. A series of high-impact keynote mini-lectures will highlight the latest developments in research and clinical practice in airway and allergy diseases. \n\n\n\nThese sessions will lead into an interactive “Fireside Talk” – a moderated\, conversation-style discussion designed to encourage dialogue\, questions\, and the exchange of real-world experiences. The format emphasizes practical insights\, career perspectives\, and shared learning in a relaxed\, informal setting. \n\n\n\nThe program combines concise scientific input with open\, interactive discussion. A series of high-impact keynote mini-lectures will highlight the latest developments in research and clinical practice in airway and allergy diseases. These sessions will feature internationally renowned experts\, including Prof. Dr. Giorgio Walter Canonica and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Torsten Zuberbier\, who will share their perspectives and set the stage for deeper exchange throughout the day. \n\n\n\nPreliminary Scientific Programme\n\n\n\nThe scientific programme will focus on cutting-edge developments in asthma and airway allergies\, covering novel disease mechanisms\, emerging therapeutic targets\, and innovative treatment approaches.
