Shuttle Service Information

PLEASE NOTE:
- Upon check-out from your hotel, you are kindly requested to bring your luggage with you on the shuttle bus to the conference venue. A designated luggage storage area will be available at the venue for your convenience.
- Please note that shuttle service will NOT be provided from the venue to the pick-up points at the conclusion of the conference.

This service is at your own expense. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their transfer between Venice Airport and their hotel
Transfer Booking Information
Each Delegate is responsible for booking and paying for their transfer service independently using the code GAFA2025. A fiscal receipt will be issued to each guest upon payment.
GAFA2025: a code linked to the event to be entered at the time of booking, in order to identify congress attendees.

The link provides direct access to the online booking of the shuttle service to and from Venice airport, both in Italian and English versions. Users must register and create a personal account.
Reservations are accepted at least 48 hours in advance of the flight time and require the passenger’s full name, a contact phone number, the destination or departure address from Padua, flight number, and flight time.
Arrival Procedures at Venice Airport
For arrivals at Venice Marco Polo Airport, the driver will wait inside the arrival’s hall, exiting from the Customs area, immediately to the right (near the lost luggage area) with a sign that reads “ANACARE GAFA“.
All payments must be made online in advance with a credit card.
Please be informed that since June 9, 2024, there is a 45-minute direct bus service between Venice Marco Polo Airport and Padua.
The service runs every forty minutes from 6:30 am to 11:50 pm.
