Who We Are
Connecting expertise in mastocytosis worldwide
The MAST²CARE program is an initiative of the Global Allergy and Asthma Excellence Network, to develop and accredit an interactive network of centers of reference and excellence in mastocytosis. Mastocytosis is a rare disease in which mast cells accumulate in various tissues of the body. It affects about 1 in 5,000 people and is very debilitating.
Since its inception in 2024, the MAST²CARE network has strived to fill a gap by promoting innovation and evidence-based practice through research and publications.
We aim to raise awareness of mastocytosis among physicians, the pharmaceutical industry and patients. To support this, we are building a global network and strengthening professional relationships to disseminate state-of-the-art expert care in the management of mastocytosis.

The MAST²CARE network provides the MASTHAVE App, a patient app dedicated to the documentation of real-world data on mastocytosis.
