Review Processing

We highly recommend keeping the evaluation process as it was done in previous years, since this was very practical, uncomplicated, and clear for all reviewers.

This would mean: After the submission deadline Bluebuds will send an excel sheet with all the information on each abstract (Title, authors, topic, etc.) and an individual evaluation column for each reviewer (Selection options are: Oral, Poster, Reject, no rating as (co-)author) plus a PDF with the abstracts.

The group of reviewers will be divided into two groups so that each reviewer will evaluate approximately 40-50 abstracts. The fact that each abstract is evaluated by 10 reviewers already allows a first rough order. Bluebuds would than close the evaluation process by consolidating the results in one overview.
