Global Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis – GA²FA Forum 2025

Project goals

This comprehensive scientific program addresses critical aspects of food allergies and anaphylaxis, from innovative diagnostic approaches (CRD and oral food challenges) to treatment strategies (including immunotherapy and biologics), while focusing on socio-economic burden, prevention, and community-level management. The program aims to establish standardized protocols and guidelines through the ANACARE working group, covering everything from proper diagnosis at primary care level to the latest regulatory challenges, with special attention to patient care pathways and the psychological impact on patients and caregivers.
