GAFA 2025 – the Global Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Forum – brings together leading experts, clinicians, and researchers to tackle one of the fastest-growing global health concerns: severe food allergies and anaphylaxis. This comprehensive scientific program covers cutting-edge diagnostic approaches (CRD and oral food challenges), treatment strategies (including immunotherapy and biologics) and preventive care, with a strong focus on practical implementation and socio-economic impact.
Hosted in Padua, Italy, this international conference provides a unique platform to exchange cutting-edge science, share clinical practices, and foster collaboration across borders. The event aims to drive innovative solutions by thinking INSIDE the Box — using existing guidelines and resources to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
Spotlight on Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy
The main innovation of GAFA 2025 will be to develop a breakthrough thinking with an in depth appraisal!
How can we maximize the GAFA Guidelines 2022 and many other guidance documents in the literature? How can we progress steadily in food allergy and anaphylaxis science in different context and with different, usually scarce, resources?
Focusing on the constraints around us, and practicing daily will ultimately allow us to move beyond. Drawing in new ideas can be an effective strategy only if there are already clear parameters in mind, if there is a goal that the person or group is working towards.
All together jointly with the ANACARE Working Groups we will find the path to turn a problem into an opportunity unraveling any problem’s potential. We will foster creativity (and will have fun… ) solving the puzzles of food allergy and anaphylaxis diagnosis & management. Exploring the existing elements. We may end up removing some, multiplying others, reorganizing them and sometimes finding the solution in front of us.

Local Experts will also be invited to join the GAFA Faculty on the grounds of their renowned up-to-date knowledge.
